Can residents answer the door from their cell phones?

Yes. The ELP770 supports SIP VoIP calling with an available Android and iPhone app, so residents can see and speak with visitors and release the door from a smartphone. Video capture records missed calls.

Is the ELP770 suitable for office buildings as well as condominiums?

Yes. It is designed for multi-residential properties and office towers, with indoor and outdoor models and surface or recessed mounting.

How is the entry panel powered and connected?

The panel runs on 12 VDC or Power over Ethernet (POE) and connects over standard RJ45 network cabling, which simplifies installation and retrofits.

Does the entry phone work with the rest of the building's security?

Yes. Like every Condoplex product, entry phones run on the same server and database as access control, intercoms and suite alarms, so visitor entry events appear in the same audit trail as every other security event.
